Chartered Legal Executive - Private Client

Rebekka Hayles is a Chartered Legal Executive and has over 14 years’ experience in Private Client matters.

Rebekka is friendly with a strong ability to recognise and tailor recommendations to suit each client's own personal needs.

Rebekka says: I enjoy assisting my clients through the legal and emotional complexities in preparation for, and that which follows, the loss of a loved one. I advise individuals, families, business owners, and high net worth clients on the preparation of Wills, succession planning and inheritance tax considerations in both straightforward and complex estates.

I am known for a calm and meticulous approach when helping executors and beneficiaries navigate probate efficiently, while mitigating potential future disputes and delays through clear drafting and effective communication. Clients value my ability to explain technical legal issues in plain English, ensuring the process is handled with care and transparency.

In addition, Rebeckka regularly undertakes Court of Protection work, advising deputies and attorneys on applications and compliance with statutory duties. Rebekka will safeguard the interests of vulnerable individuals and have significant experience advising on trusts when appropriate to manage and protect assets in support of clients’ long-term family objectives.
